Customer Support Representative
Jill joined The Marketing Department in December of 2017, bringing with her more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and IT services. She’s thrilled to be able to utilize her technical and creative skills to help businesses achieve their marketing goals. Problem-solving, finding solutions, and digging into the details of every project brings her joy.
Over the course of her career, Jill has worked in network and server administration, end user computing, web design and development, database management, IT and marketing research, traditional and internet marketing, and public relations.
Jill began building websites when websites were just getting started. Armed with only a text editor, HTML, and Photoshop she designed and built Weyerhauser’s Fine Paper Division’s first intranet server and retail website. Today, she works primarily on WordPress websites and delights in exploring other content management systems. Jill hasn’t met a website backend she didn’t like. Although not entirely true, she never shies away from working on whatever CMS or web builder that comes her way.
Jill has a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University with a concentration in computer science. She continues to add skills to her bag of tricks through self-study and online courses.
When not working, Jill can be found on her computer either working on her latest novel or helping family and friends with computer projects. She serves as board secretary and marketing director for the Creative Light Factory, a non-profit writer’s room and creativity hub in Spring City, PA, and as web mistress for the Valley Forge Romance Writers, a local chapter of Romance Writers of America. Jill is a voracious reader and enjoys sewing, knitting, crafting, and spending time with her husband and three children.
